Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. You can place an order from and to anywhere in the world.

How long will it take to get my package?

It will usually take 4-28 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product, based on demand and shipping location.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed on the basis of the country you are browsing from. You will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex and obviously, PayPal.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Orders & Cancellations

How do I place an Order?

Just visit a product page. Choose your desired color/size/variations if available. Add item(s) to the cart. Go to cart option then enter your delivery address. Pay via one of the several payment methods. Done.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account during placing an order is not necessary but strongly recommended to manage and track your orders.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes you can. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

How Do I Track My Order?

After we ship your order you will receive an email containing your invoice and order tracking number.

How can I apply for a refund?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@urbanabsolute.com – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
